52408  Bidirectional thrust ball bearing

Self-aligning seat ring thrust ball bearings are composed of a shaft race, a spherical self-aligning seat ring, and a steel ball & cage assembly. They can withstand unidirectional axial loads, and the spherical structure of the seat ring can compensate for mounting concentricity deviations.

Features

· Combined with a washer-shaped shaft race with ball rolling raceways, a spherical self-aligning seat ring, and a steel ball & cage assembly. The split and detachable structure enables easy installation and disassembly.

· The inner ring mounted on the shaft serves as the shaft race, while the outer ring adopts a spherical self-aligning seat ring structure. It can be used with self-aligning seat washers to adapt to mounting surface errors of bearing seats.

· It only bears unidirectional axial loads without bearing radial forces. The spherical structure features self-aligning performance, which can compensate for misalignment between shafts and seat holes as well as slight shaft deflection, avoid local stress concentration and extend bearing service life.

· CNC drilling machine spindles, automated handling equipment, precision detection and positioning platforms, large fishing reel mechanisms, small and medium-sized hydraulic equipment
