Model: Prefix S/SS. S51: single-direction flat base; S52: double-direction flat base; S53: single-direction self-aligning; S54: double-direction self-aligning. The structure is the same as ordinary thrust ball bearings with only different materials, and it can only bear axial force.

Material: 304: average rust resistance, suitable for light load and low cost scenarios; 440C: quenched and high hardness, corrosion resistant with higher load capacity, commonly used for industrial anti-corrosion applications.

Advantages: Waterproof and rustproof, acid and alkali resistant, clean without coating peeling, suitable for humid environments, food industry, chemical industry and outdoor equipment.

Disadvantages: Lower load capacity and speed performance than carbon steel bearings with higher price; 304 material is not suitable for heavy load operation.

Application: Food machinery, water treatment equipment, valves, coastal equipment and small medical lead screws.

Usage Requirements: Matching radial bearings are required; suitable for medium and low speed operation; 440C is preferred for corrosive environments; ensure parallel end faces during assembly, and the self-aligning type can compensate for slight installation inclination.
