230/710CAK/W33  CC type self-aligning roller bearing

Structural Features: Double-row symmetrical barrel-shaped rollers, outer ring with spherical raceway, self-aligning capability; Two-piece stamped steel plate cage, split type, with movable spacer ring; Inner ring with small ribs on both sides only, no integral middle retaining ring; Often equipped with W33 outer ring oil groove and oil holes.

Performance Characteristics: Steel cage has smaller volume, larger internal space, larger roller dimensions, higher radial load rating than CA brass cage; Lighter weight, lower friction, higher limiting speed than CA type; Capable of withstanding heavy radial loads + bidirectional axial loads, impact-resistant.

Key Differences from CA: CC: Stamped steel cage, with spacer ring, larger radial load capacity, higher speed, cost-effective; CA: One-piece solid brass cage, no spacer ring, high-temperature resistance, strong impact resistance, lower speed, more expensive.

Typical Applications: Fans, pumps, general conveyors, woodworking machinery, small and medium-sized reducers, medium-speed heavy-load equipment; Preferred for applications without severe impact, prioritizing high load capacity and speed.

Usage Guidelines: Allows slight shaft misalignment and non-concentricity; Suitable for continuous medium-speed operation; For high-temperature, severe impact, dusty heavy-duty conditions, CA type is preferred over CC.
