240/710MB/W33 MB type self-aligning roller bearing
Structural Features: Double-row barrel-shaped rollers, outer ring with spherical raceway, self-aligning capability; One-piece machined brass cage, with independent spacer ring; Inner ring with ribs on both sides, ample roller space, often equipped with W33 outer ring oil groove and oil holes.
Performance Characteristics: One-piece brass cage offers high strength, high-temperature resistance, impact resistance, and is not easily deformable; With spacer ring, larger roller dimensions, radial load capacity higher than CA type; Limiting speed: higher than CA, slightly lower than MA and CC; Capable of withstanding heavy radial + bidirectional axial loads.
CC/CA/MA/MB Comparison: CC: Stamped steel split cage, with spacer ring, highest speed, cost-effective, not suitable for high temperature and severe impact; CA: One-piece brass cage, no spacer ring, strongest impact resistance, lower load capacity, lowest speed; MA: Two-piece split brass cage, with spacer ring, balanced speed and load capacity; MB: One-piece solid brass cage, with spacer ring, load capacity superior to CA, impact resistance stronger than MA.
Typical Applications: High-temperature, heavy-load, frequent impact heavy-duty equipment: Cement vertical mills, rolling mills, mining crushers, large vertical reducers.
Usage Guidelines: Allows certain shaft deflection and installation misalignment; MB preferred for severe impact and high-temperature conditions; CC for medium-speed light impact; CA for extreme heavy-load low-speed applications.
